I am using Win 7 Pro with JAWS 17 and Office 365 2016. I have some issues in both Outlook and Excel. A couple of my issues are due to the fact that I am also using MAGic 13. In spite of what FS says MAGic does not nicely play well with JAWS in all instances. I have not experienced the "blank" issue in the Inbox but I do get it when I press F1 for help frown. This weekend I want to experiment on these issues to determine if they are caused by MAGic or JAWS or a combination. I will report here on issues I find that are JAWS related. George
