Try the following:
Note: This works with Windows 7 & XP, these are the only 2 systems I have to 
try it with.

1. Press, Windows + R, to open the Run dialogue, type, a single period, 
*just like you would at the end of a sentence*, &
press enter.  This should take you to your name folder in the Users folder
of your operating system drive.
2. Press enter on, APPData, arrow down to, Roaming, & press enter.
3. Press the letter, F, until you land on Freedom Scientific, & press enter.
4. Press the letter, J, & with Jaws highlighted press enter.
5. You will now be in a list of the installed versions of Jaws.  Highlight
the version you want to copy the DEFAULT.JDF file of, the, DEFAULT.JDF, file
is your dictionary file, & press enter.
6. Press the spacebar on, Settings, press enter, press the spacebar on, ENU, 
press enter, & you are there.
