What a long and interesting call with Microsoft support. I was having a 
problem with I.e. so called the accessibility support. After that was 
corrected I mentioned that I could not install windows 10. He was willing to 
try and help. After he made many driver updates and started the update, an 
error popped up. It was something with the processor. He did a lot of 
looking around and ran a utility. There is a flag not set in the processor 
that needs to be on. This can only be changed in the bios. He told me that 
if he lived next door he could make all necessary changes. With a little 
discussion we agreed that it be best just to run win 7 32 bit on this 
machine and later upgrade the computer.
