What a long and interesting call with Microsoft support. I was having a problem with I.e. so called the accessibility support. After that was corrected I mentioned that I could not install windows 10. He was willing to try and help. After he made many driver updates and started the update, an error popped up. It was something with the processor. He did a lot of looking around and ran a utility. There is a flag not set in the processor that needs to be on. This can only be changed in the bios. He told me that if he lived next door he could make all necessary changes. With a little discussion we agreed that it be best just to run win 7 32 bit on this machine and later upgrade the computer.
