After I sent my last email replying to David, the Orgonian, I managed to resolve it. I thank the mountain do splash I am drinking that is providing me with the energy to focus, as I paid attention. I just went to another folder that had the two buttons read and unread, and inside the folder, I shift tab until I got to the customize this view to all folders and sub folders, which I did. It was under the view ribbon. I knew I was in the right place when I tried this seven hours ago, but remember, I was working off of 3 hours of sleep. There is probably a geekier way of explaining what I did and how it's done but the heck with it, I resolved it. Now I just need to figure out how to have jaws stop saying audo actions undo auto action. Maybe if I drink another mountain do splash, I will resolve it. Peace... In Outlook, there's a distinction between customizing a folder versus making the same settings for all folders. I have no idea how to leap across this distinction, but I do know from years of experience that simply customizing a folder does not necessarily carry across to all folders. Such is Outlook and it sounds like nothing has changed since the 2003 version. So, in outlook 2013, you can tab to a unread button, and after pressing spacebar only the unread emails will show, so how come only one of my folders is able to do that but the other folders, it doesn't give me that option using outlook 2013?
