glad to hear your computer is up and running again.
no I do not think you need a users name account and password for windows
10 but I could be wrong.
maybe someone els on the list knows for sure.

Took the computer to a local computer shop. They just called, and the
computer no longer requires a password. A well spent 35 bucks.
Now, the question is:
Does Windows 10 require that you have a user name/account and password? I
would rather not have to deal with it. I just want the computer and JAWS to
come up!!
But, I can handle it, if absolutely necessary. Talk to me, folks.

it sounds like the problem is because you have not verified your password
with microsoft as of yet I would call the accessibility help desk again and
see if they can verify your account and password for you on their computers
and then try to log in again.
