Yes, we are getting a little old, I watched the show also, along with a lot
of other 1960's westerns or reruns.
Now, JAWS was not even an embryo than, could you imagine for those totals
out there having description for those shows when we were actually kids,
whether it be some mechanism in JAWS that could describe them or the typical
DVS tracts one can get today. I drove my family crazy during silences, or
music asking what happened, did he shoot him, did he get shot.
Sometimes I got an answer but many times I was left to figure it out or
imagine it the way I wanted it to be.
You can't watch a DVS on an old 1950s black a white TV, you can't stay stuck
in the 20th century for software upgrades either.
OK, tried to keep it somewhat JAWS related but, not successful.
Sure Happy It Is Thursday!

I had to smile when I read your statement, Have dongle, will travel. I think
that you are giving away your age here. I too remember the TV show, Have
gun, will travel. I use to watch it faithfully. Do you think that we may be
getting a little old? Beats the alternative, doesn't it? I have heard that
the only thing that was good about getting old is, You know that you are not
going to die young. Enjoy the day, each one is precious.

The best method IMO would be if you had a dongle, or simply did your work in
demo mode. Which sounds to me that might be your best way to go.

I have done a lot of work on family members systems ETC, so lot of demo
versions of JAWS around. Have dongle, will travel.

Hi group,

I'll be visiting a relative for Thanksgiving and they want me to do some
maintenance on their PC. I currently use Jaws 16 on a couple desktops but am
wondering what I can do to take Jaws with me to work on this relative's PC
in fully authorized and functioning mode. Can I put it on a thumb drive? I
guess I would have to use one of my authorizations, right?

Anyway, I haven't had to do this before so appreciate your patience and
clear instructions.

Thanks,
Norma
Go Hawkeyes!

Hi,
I can confirm this behavior. It's happened a few times to me recently on
Amazon.com. I was on the your orders link. It verbalized your orders but
somehow after entering on what verbalized as your orders I ended up on a
page for sellers on amazon. thank goodness for alt left arrow. I could
reproduce this at will so I think I can safely say it wasn't user error in
this case.
As for its cause or solution such still escapes me but I can indeed confirm
the behavior you report.
I know it isn't a solution but sometimes knowing that an anomaly isn't
unique to you and your set up can bring a bit of solace.
Robin

I'm not sure if it's after the windows 10 update, or after I made changes in
the quick setting which I don't remember what the changes were; however,
here is the skinny.

Let's say there are two links I am passing by, about and contact us. I
click contact us and the about page opens.

The only way I can get the right link to launch is listing the links, tab to
move to link, then activate link. That is to much just to read a page lol,
thoughts?

Windows 10, jaws 16 and IE 11.

You don't have to be crazy to run a list like this, but it does help.
