Hello all.
I've had this problem since JAWS 17 came out in beta and even reported it as a bug. When I open a message in outlook 2013, the top two lines or so are read twice. This happens more often than not. I have JAWS set to automatically read messages. I have link count and all the other options turned off. Before I bother tech support, I'm curious as to whether anyone might have a suggestion on how to remedy this problem. Thanks in advance.
