[JAWS-Users] creating filters in THunderbird

Can anyone please help me and explain how to select a target folder when 
creating a filter in the latest version of Mozilla THunderbird, no 
matter what I do, it won't let me choose the folder. Any help would be 
extremely gratefully received.
