Gary Ray here.

I just did the upgrade to Win 10. I have Outlook 2010. All contacts went
over fine when I did the in place upgrade.

So far, I am very happy with Win 10 and JAWS 17.

If you upgrade, you should be fine, it will pull all your software and
settings across.
There must be a way to backup your contacts anyway and this is something
that I need to investigate but I have not yet had a chance.

No you sshould be able to upgrade without contacting fs. however regarding
your outlook contacts I can't help you as I've never upgraded to windows10.
However it ought to work, after all I would have thought that Microsoft
would want Outlook to continue to work after the upgrade.

upgrading to Jaws seventeen? Also. I am very concerned about loosing my
outlook contacts. I have two groups that I email every month and I just,
cannot, afford to lose those contacts. Is there anything that I need to do
to preserve those contacts and groups? Thank you for your help.
