Don't know what I did but things are working properly this morning. Read
your message and then tried right arrow on a message I had read but showed
as unread, the only thing that happened was that the header info was spoken
by Jaws but when I arrowed down then up the message was reported as read and
right now all read messages are being identified correctly. Hope it lasts.

I have this happen but it is when the conversation is collapsed and all the
messages in it are not read. I can't find the graphics that used to let me
know that an email was part of a conversation in WLM 12 on my new Win 10
laptop as it did in WLM 11 on my Win 7 computer.
To check if this is the case right arrow onnnn the email that you have read
and that is still marked unread. It might be part of a conversation.

For some reason messages that have been read in WLM are still showing as
unread. This started this morning for no reason that I can determine. Any
