No. I installed an ad blocker this morning for IE 11. Now weird things are happening with JAWS 17 when I open WinAmp.

Not sure I understand. Are you saying that JAWS 17 has an ad blocker built
in? I do understand that different versions of JAWS may indeed have
different behavior, especially since JAWS 17 is still in its infancy.

As an addendum to my previous message, boy! am I glad I still have JAWS
15 on my laptop, as the turning off of the PC cursor is not an issue.
The ad blocker on JAWS 17 is not making me happy with the weird stuff
that it seems to be manifesting.

OK, here's what's happening. I installed an add blocker today and told
my WinAmp not to manage my external drive. Those are the changes for
today.
So now when I have WinAmp open and my Thunderbird open, my emails act as
graphics and can be read with the JAWS cursor but not the PC cursor.
For some reason my virtual cursor is being turned off. When I turn it
back on, I can once again read the messages as normal.
What's up with that?
