Last week I was looking for settings to clearly tell me when a letter is capitalized. In Outlook 2016 I typed INS + V and made some changes to accomplish this. However, now when I try to highlight multiple rows of text the highlight flashes on the screen but does not remain and the text is not highlighted, an unintended result. Is there a way to reset all of my Outlook 2016 Quick Settings back to Defaults? I am using Windows 7 Pro, Outlook 2016 and JAWS 17. Thanks, George _____
