I will have to check. I had the same problem and it was date format causing the issue. Someone gave the tip on format. I made the change and it did work. I will have to get back to you tomorrow because it did fix my problem. I am running win7, outlook 2010 and jaws 16. So in Day view and you right arrow to go from Current date of appointments to view next day appointments the right arrow works as if sighted you see the change.
