I do not understand windows 10 Internet Explorer. On this win 7 desk top I have no problems getting to the jaws-users web page. On the laptop running windows 10 I can not get to the latest jaws-users page. I keep going to one prior to when David added the win 10 text guide. I wanted to download it to the laptop. Even the welcome notification and time is several hours behind on the win 10 machine. The current time of 8:nn on the desktop and 4:nn on the laptop. I cleared all history and still can not get to the newest page.
