I haven't done this for a while, but I think you can activate the BCC field
as follows:
1. Create a new e-mail message via control N.
2. Do an alt p to get into the options menu. I think that if you hit B at
that point, the BCC field will be activated. Otherwise, I believe you can
find it in the options menu.
