It should open like any other window like any other program, unless it's hidden when you exit the program then it stays hidden when relaunching it, if I'm not mistaken. TW Blue doesn't show on the system tray, nor launch via the desktop icon, even after running it as admin.
Both, TWBlue and chicken nugget used to show in the system tray then one day, bam, no more. I'm using windows 10 pro, btw. After you've set the Run as Admin, which you're required to do anyway: Then go into the shortcut page - the desktop shortcut will do for this - and activvate the Advanced Properties button; and then CHECK the CHECKBOX "always run as administrator". OK the change. So that from this point whenever you launch TW Blue, by default you will meet with the User Account dialogue, at whichj you press alt-y. Now right-arrow to open the Tree View (if you're using TW Blue's window) and choose your buffer. That's that problem solved.
