Shift+Tab 5 times to the "From" field.
Once in the "From" field, Control+A to select the entire field.
Open the application key context menu and up arrow 3 times; you should hear
add sender to contacts, press Enter.

I am using W10, outlook 2010 and latest jaws. Is there a way to extract an
email address from an email and send it directly to my contacts list? It
seems that I have done this before but my memory has gone blank. I know how
to extract an email address and type it in myself.
