Haven't read the rest of the messages in this thread, but I had this problem, and here is what it could be. Go into control panel and check the date, and make sure it's today's date. If it is not, change it to today's date. Then you want someone to change the battery on the mother board. Was setting up my new computer a couple years ago, so just had Dell do it because it was under warranty.
