Working with this win 10 lap top, it getting close for a trip out of the 2nd floor window. I still am trying to get everything installed and set up. I just wanted to copy my signature file and put in the c: drive of the laptop. When I set up the machine I decided that I do not need a logon password. Now it states that I do not have administrator permission to access c:. Any suggestions, In a few days another call to Microsoft support may be in order.
