This morning when I started Windows Live Mail, version 16.4..., the menu bar acted very strange indeed. When I pressed the alt key focus was on “new” instead of the usual “home”. Moving around the menus is frustrating to say the least. Nothing is where it belongs and pressing enter on the items does nothing I can get to the “Home” column heading but when I press enter the only thing there is “update all accounts”, arrowing down reveals nothing below the “Home” heading. I have tried shutting down and restarting. Have tried both the latest versions of Jaws 16 and 17 to no avail, I tried repairing Windows essentials I don’t know what else to try. Receiving and sending mail is working as normal. I am using Windows 7. Help! Tom
