You would assume correctly, their both made by Citrix. I've just never used GTM before and the course itself, is held physically too far, and I don't feel like dragging my butt over there, unless I absolutely have to. I will contact the school to see if we can run a test with audio to make sure that works.

I've attended numerous GTW sessions and the sound automatically appeared when the code to join the event was entered on the first screen. The features that I have not been able to access are the message box, in which you can type a question or comment to the webinar moderator; and , the polling feature, in which the moderator asks you to respond to questions visible on the screen. If anyone has the keys to total access to this widely used business and learning tool, I'd love to hear them too.
