I found an easy solution. Just went to a personal folder which displayed sender/subject/date was read by JAWS. Then went to view-> change view settings-> apply view to all folders.. .

For some reason it's not doing so in my Inbox folder where new mails arrive. All JAWS announces is the sender name. What setting for my inbox would have JAWS read the sender/subject/date sent?
