Hello,
I was finally able to have my wife read the label for me on my phone recorder. It is the Tele-Recorder model TR-50. It is a little box less than the length of my little finger, about as thick as my little finger and about as wide as my thumb. There are no moving parts, buttons or switches. It just has a wire coming out of each end; One wire plugs into a phone jack and the other wire plugs into a recorder line input. I have it plugged into a splitter on the phone jack and my Book port Plus and use it in the same way I would when recording anything else. The only thing to note is that you have to set the record input to external mike rather than line-in. This is because the level of the phone signal is very low. Hope this helps, Reed For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
