Hi friends, Does anyone know how to add an additional local user account in Windows 10 Home Premium? I Have followed a instruction link on a Microsoft article and it says that in family, there is an option called sign in with a Windows account but there should also be a local account option. I Can't find how to get to this, tried tabbing around and up and down arrows. If I turn on the JAWS cursor, it just keeps saying blank and I can't read anything else on the screen, very strange!
