Hi Tom, If you're not running Jaws from the system tray: 1. Alt + Tab, to the Jaws window. 2. Press, Alt + H, for help, & press the letter, A, for about, & your serial number amongst other things will be read to you by Jaws. Take care. Mike Global warming?
