I am using W10, outlook 2010 and jaws 16 and I would like to know where to turn on the conversation in outlook 2010. When I am in my inbox and press the applications key and press enter on arrangement and arrow down to conversation jaws always says not available. Also, when I press the alt key plus V and enter on conversation jaws says not available. Where can I turn on conversation and make it available? I have another computer and I have no problems with conversation settings.
