Don't know if this is the proper way but is what I found. press the Windows key. up arrow up to all apps button. press space bar. Arrow down to Jaws, 17, press enter. You should hear Jaws 17, one of one. Hold down the shift key and press F 10. You should hear "context menu" arrow down to un install. and press enter.
