I have experienced this several times at work with occasional MS-Word documents. The cause is a MS-Word setting or formatting of the specific text that has been intentionally or accidently inserted. I cannot remember how to fix the problem. I end up calling FS support for help with this. Someday I will get smart and take notes on how to fix it.
