Hello Maria: I use Jaws 17 with Win10 and Open Book, also with Outlook 2016 and have no major difficulties with any of it; there are some minor inconviniences for sure, as have been reported herein, but nothing major.
The only program that I wasn't able to run when I switched to Win10 from Win7 is MaPler and of course, it is no longer being supported, which is a shame, for it was my favorite audio player.
