Hi Helga, I would like to make a suggestion to you, Helga, If you want to learn W10 I really recommend you join this group called Windows 10 and Jaws. It is an excellent group for learning w10. Jim the list owner has 38 audio and text files on customizing and setting up Windows 10 for Jaws. The text files are step by step and very easy to follow along. Jim's audio files are excellent and take you through step by step how to customize and setup W10. The only way to get these free audio and text files is to join this group.
