I use those same three programs in Win10, using Office 2016 and Jaws 17 without any big problems, only the annoying problem from Outlook when it seems to get stuck on one message, but easily solvable.
When I first got Office 2016 was still using the first version of Jaws 16 and it did not read the message fields, From, Subject, etc., but that was fixed with the update to Jaws 16 and is fine in Jaws 17.
