[JAWS-Users] a serious concern of mine

Hi there.
I'm using Windows 7 64-bit with the latest update to JAWS 17.
A serious issue I'm noticing at least on my system I ahve to keep toggling the 
virtual cursor anytime I launch Internet explorer or open an email in my email.
Please let me know what I can do via it a repair on JAWS, etc.
