With focus on the inbox message list, press alt-v, then v. This puts you in
a dialog that you can tab through for the columns and sequences you want.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] How to arrange the newest e-mail on top in Outlook
2010

Hi Everyone,

I am using Outlook 2010, Windows 7, and JAWS 13and for some reason after an
automatic update, I noticed that my e-mail was listed in alphabetical order
rather than the newest on top of the list. How can I get back my Outlook
2010 e-mail's back to the newest on top using JAWS?

I am kind of new at this and almost need to be spoon fed. Many thanks in
advance for any help you can furnish me.

Al
