Well, my grandson’s computer is almost unusable to him since the win 10 update. At first he thought that zoom text was working. It is not. Not sure how he can get it corrected. I wish that the school would have purchased a FS product but they went for the cheapest. They may have to purchase a new copy that will work with win 10. He can not tell what else does not work. He with some help did a school assignment but can not print it. What ever program that the school uses for printing he now can not access. He will have to print it at school tomorrow. I wanted to call Microsoft to have them back the computer to windows 8.1 but he does not want to take the long time and is afraid that more problems will show up. He does not want to use a screen reader yet. I think that there is one built into zoomtext but he refused to even take a look. He did lose all of his favorites during the unexpected update.
