Thank you George got it done somehow. However I have a few questions about outlook 2013. I think I will ask one question at a time, otherwise we may all get confused. In outlook 2010, jaws 15, windows 7, when I am arrowing up and down through the messages I hear jaws say, message unread, from George, subject help, and then jaws speaks a few of the lines of the body of the email without me having to open the email message. In 2013 no matter what I do I can't get jaws to do this any ideas?
