A friend ask me if I could help him. I have no idea why this happened to him. The same night last Wednesday that my grandson’s computer was upgraded to win 10 his also was updated. He uses I.E. and Hotmail. Since the upgrade he can not send email but can receive messages. Not sure where to look to try and help him.
