Notify about new FSCasts ,this is a new feature in the latest J17.0.1539 release. You can disable it in the settings center. You can search in the settings center by typing FSCast or find it under, Miscellaneous, this is the miscellaneous that's almost at the bottom, right above Last Changed Settings, it's 21 of 22, if you wish not to be notified when there is a new FSCast.
