Kimsan, since I do not hav Outlook 2013, my Googling leads me to think:
if incomming email arrives in one inbox, I'm assuming you have created
personal folders that serve as the inbox folder for either account,
meaning one inbox for your personal account and one for your work account?
if so, my guess is to modify the filter that moves an email into it's
respective inbox folder to use a different sound when the email arrives.
this means you cannot have the default sound for an incomming email play
since you want a different sound played for each account.
I'm not sure if the process of creating/modifying a filter includes
playing a sound of your choice.
if this is possible, not only can you assign a sound for an email for an
account but you can also play a different sound for a targeted person,
like your boss.
I'm sorry for not giving steps, but is this clear as mud?

coming in to my work email so when I hear that noise I know not to check it
as there is hardly anything important coming into my work email lol.
Thanks.
