Hi Helga,
To manipulate your View by Conversation, you go into the View Ribbon - from
the Message List, ALT-V; then press TAB KEY about six times to the
Expand/Collapse button, (which at this point, if it says 'unavailable', move
to some other message in the list and repeat the above). Then Press TAB KEY
once more, and you'll be able to turn the Conversation View off or on (not
check or checked).

Hi all how are you all? I still have JAWS 14 on my computer, but i just have
a quick question regarding WLM. How can I mmake my emil messages to appear
as conversations on on a tread? I'm just wondering! I want that so I don't
hav eto search for an email I want then the entire convrsation will appear!
I don't know if the same command will work with JAWS 17 adn WLM in windows
10 guys! But i think it will right? I I look forward in hearing from you
sooon! One last question, where do I download WLM form? I want to get it
for my mom so she can have access to her emils easy on her windows 10
computer guys! I know about the mail app in windows 10 but I did not try it
yet! I will appreciate anany help that you can offer me! Thanks and God
