It was only IE for me. I had someone use Edge and it worked. I didn't try
FF, I don't even use it. Don't like it.

Is it only with IE? Typically, I get that message if there is no internet
connection. So, on the computer where you get thhat, what happens if you
try opening a webpage with another browser like Firefox?

Subject: [JAWS-Users] IE stopped working

Hi all,

I have 2 computers that are exactly the same and set up the same. On one of
them, when I enter on IE on the desktop, it tells me that IE has stopped
working and Windows will close it if it finds a solution: or whatever that
is exactly. We have all heard it at one point. The thing is the other
computer opens IE just fine. We can get Edge to work but not IE.

It has been 2 days now and it will still say the same thing. Would anyone
have any idea of what to do?

Running Windows 10, 64 bit, and latest version of JAWS 17.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Kurt
