I fixed the problem dis regard my previous message about miss
understanding my post.
I went into the view menu under Layout and unchecked message paine F8
and now everything is back to normal again.

My draft folder only has messages that haven't been sent or haven't been
completed for some reason. Otherwise, there shouldn't be any messages
there.
