Hi Kevin,
Open iTunes first.
Then put the CD into your drive.
The iTunes dialog should come up at that point.
If not on the first page I believe in the preferences, there is:
When I insert a CD what do you want to do, or something like that.

using windows 10, jaws 17 latest and itunes latest
when I insert a cd into my computer I no longer get an autoplay window that
gives me a choice of what to do with the cd such as play with itunes . if I
open itunes the program doesn’t seem to recognize that the cd is there
what could be wrong?
