Boy do I know the feeling of trying to work with Verizon's home service support, at least back when I had them as my ISP! It was so bad, that's why I left, & went to Time Warner. This was all before FIOS came out, but like I said, those that have good luck with it really like it, & those that don't, well..... It seems like that older housing developments are the people that experience the bad service, but those living in newer housing developments have fewer or no problems. Take care. It's been out for a couple of years now, maybe longer. When it works correctly it's great, but I've heard more bad than good about it, & this is coming from people that I know personally that currently use it, or switched to a different ISP because it was so bad.
