I am using Windows 7, Word 2016 and JAWS 17. I just went in to print an envelope and when I got to the Envelope/Label window I noted that the return address was blank because I had just installed a new hard drive and re-installed my Office 365. So, I typed in my return address and while doing so I suddenly became aware JAWS was not only reading the keystrokes but would read the line and when I arrowed up it read ALL lines. I went back up to the address I had just imported and to my delighted surprise JAWS read the lines there also. It looks like FS has finally been able to get this working for us. Thanks FS. George
