Dave, Interestingly, on the gmail site when I press jaws key + Z, the only options I am given are on and off though I have seen the on for all applications and off for all applications in other apps.
And just to add another twist, I only have this problem on the HP laptop I use for work and not on my Lenovo laptop I use at home. I did send a note to FS tech support yesterday. We shall see how they respond.
