It sounds like something they should be able to help with, if noone else has 
been able to come up with a solution.

Hi T.,

If you checked that, show more restore points checkbox, & you don't have
more restore points showing in the list, then what you have showing in the
list is all the restore points you have saved.  I don't recall what keyboard
problem you're having, would you please repost the keyboard problem you're
having?

Hi T.,

1. Open the start menu/ Programs, & press enter on Accessories.
2. Arrow to system tools & press enter.
3. Arrow to system restore & press enter.  You're now in system restore.
4. Route the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor, down arrow to, Choose a different
restore point radio button not checked, use your left mouse click simulation
keystroke, to check this radio button.  You may have to use, insert + left
arrow, to get to where Jaws reports unchecked.  Then do the left mouse
simulation
keystroke to check it & go back to your PC cursor.
5. Tab to, next, press the spacebar, & you should now be in a larger list of
restore points to choose from.


To access your Windows7 Restore Points quickly press the Windows Key + R,
for the run dialogue & type the following into the Run Dialogue;

rstrui

& press enter.  Now, follow steps 4 & 5 from above.

one question. after I created a restore point, it wasn't on the list of
restore point dates. shouldn't it be there?

Hi T.,

Try the following:
1. Go to the desktop or start menu & press enter on the Create Restore Point
shortcut.  Or type,

sysdm.cpl

into the run dialogue & press enter.
2. This lands you on the Computer Name / Description edit field.
3. Shift + Tab 1 time to the Computer Name Tab.
4. Right arrow to System Protection Tab.
5. Now, tab to Create... & press the spacebar.
6. After pressing the spacebar you will be in an edit field.  Here you type
in what you want to name the restore point.
7. Tab 1 time to the Create Button & pressthe spacebar to start creating the
restore point.
8. When this is finished you will get a dialogue telling you that the
restore point was created successfully & you will be on a close button.
Press the spacebar on the close button, this places you back on the create
button.  Now, tab to okay & press spacebar.  You are done!
