Hi Gerald,

MWB 2.2.1 is mostly accessible. The biggest hurdle a person will have is
trying to set automatic schedules in Settings / Automated Scheduling. I've
attempted to explained these, Spin Edit Boxes below.

When trying to set a schedule in the new version of MWB, they're called,
Spin Edit Box, fields. I had my wife help me with them. They are not
accessible with Jaws no matter what cursor you're using. I'll try to
explain how they're layed out.
Note: When you open the add schedule option, the correct date & time are
showing, also, in all fields you up arrow for later / higher numbers & down
arrow for earlier / lower numbers:

In the 1st field are months, 1 thru 12, that you arrow up / down to choose
the month you want. Up arrow for a later month, & down arrow for an earlier
month. The current month will be showing by default.

The 2nd field is the date field, 1 thru 31, you arrow up / down to choose
the date you want. The current date will be showing by default.

The 3rd field is the year field, beats the hell out of me what year it
starts or ends. Arrow up for a later year, & arrow down for an earlier
year. Remember the current year will be showing by default.

The next field, is the hour field, the current hour will be showing by
default.

The next field, is the minute field, & the current minute will be showing.
You get to zero minutes by down arrowing.

The next field, is the seconds field, & the current second will be showing.
You get to zero seconds by down arrowing.

The next field, is the A M / PM field. Depending on the time of day, the
correct option will be showing, & I have ran out of sighted help. Sorry
about that.

All other comboboxes, are accessible with Jaws using your up / down arrow
keys.

Take care.
Mike

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Malware Bytes Accessibility

Somebody on another list insists that the current free version of Malware
Bytes, version 2.2.1 is reasonably accessible with JAWS, but I was under the
impression that the only really accessible version was version 1.75, and
that screen reader accessibility would be improved in the next release,
which would probably be version 2.3. Is anyone using Malware Bytes 2.2.1
free version successfully with JAWS? If so, are there any special tips for
navigating the interface?

Gerald
