When your Word2010 document is open: 1. Move to the point in the document where you want to insert a comment. If I am referring to a word , phrase, sentence paragraph, etc. for which I want to make a comment about, I highlight that information at this point.
2. navigate to Review on the Ribbon and open it. Then tab to Add New Comment. The short cut for this is Alt, R, C. 3. You are now in the comment window. Start typing your comment. 4. To read what you have entered, use Alt+Tab, or you might have to use F6 to cycle back around to the comment window so that you can read what you wrote. You can move character by character and word by word to move around what you have entered. 5. Make any changes if necessary. 6. Press Escape to return to your document. Basically I have to provide my comments in different paragraphs using MS Word track changes feature. So can you suggest me how to add my comments in Word 2010 using this feature? I know how to read comments already made in a document, but looking for adding them. I am using Jaws 17 32 bit on a win 7 Dell machine. -- Mohib Anwar Rafay Phone: +919 555 555 765 For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
