Hello Jim: I have used Outlook for many years and it is one of the programs that Jaws supports very well without any additional help, about the only thing you may want to do is to do away with the message preview, but it is no big deal.
When Office 16 first came out, we were on Jaws 16 y that version did not read the message information from the Inbox of Outlook, but then they revised Jaws 16 and it did fine, as does Jaws 17, I use it every day and plenty.
