I am using JAWS 17 and MAGic 13 with a little vision but run into your Context menu problem constantly on bank web sites. AS a CPA I go to most of the major banks and many not so major to download bank statements. In 90% of the cases JAWS does not read the context menu even though it is there. When you have your bank statement pulled up on the screen try pressing the ALT key to see if it brings up the Menu Bar options.
